@GetMyGuitars I couldn’t get on with the neck, I also thought my Tele was a better balanced guitar so I eventually sold it on and stuck with the Telecaster.

@BarrieKent What was the biggest issue?

Ever bought a piece of gear you were SO hyped about…then plugged it in and instantly thought, “What have I done?” 😅 What was it? Guitar? Pedal? Amp? No judgment. This is a safe space.

@VWhealer I don’t like the look of the front wings, the mirrors are the same as what was fitted to the last R1.

@BarrieKent Have to say, that has to be one of the worst looking front fairings combined with the weirdest looking mirrors I’ve ever seen or presented as… isn’t it nice! But then there were a few bikes in the 80s that had some terrible front ends and fenders.

New Yamaha R9 on the bench to get a few goodies fitted.

@Ballistix99 It’s no R1 mate, definitely not.

@BarrieKent I know it’s the natural replacement for the R1 but I’m not sold yet. If Yamaha do release a V4 R1 I will be on that.

@Ballistix99 A couple of people I work with really rate it, I don’t like it but it’s not the sort of bike I normally ride.
