Day 4 Finals 🇬🇧 Superb night of finals. Skye C won the 50 Fly Junior Final Quick of the blocks with a great start Skye got in front and despite a chasing pack managed to hold on to 1st place⭐️ Rio and Roan went head to head in the MC 100 Fly 🔥 Rio S14 - 5th Roan S10 - 8th

Congratulations to Mia L Women’s 17 - 100Mtr Silver Medalist Mia qualified this morning in 2nd place. In the final she pushed the winner all the way, swimming faster than the heat by well over a second to secure 2nd place! Great swim Mia 🧡

Ding ding round 2!! It’s now the turn for our 24 (yes that’s 24!!) English qualifiers to compete at Ponds Forge, Sheffield over the next 6 days. After today’s 1500’s we will have between 8 - 11 races a day to keep you up to date with! Good Luck to each and every one of you🧡
