Since July 31, I've managed to cut the lag in my #Dreamcast game engine by half -- dropping from 421 to 223 frame drops in a 60-second window of constant movement. Meanwhile, the #Gamecube, #Wii, and PC ports remain entirely lag-free, even after an hour of gameplay. Since my last update, I've also optimized memory defragmentation with finer-grained concurrency, unexpectedly boosting terrain generation, lighting, and meshing performance by 25%.
