@YuubiShugoki The Gadgets are cool on paper, as they give a genre that usually suffers from ONE optimal build/way to drive multiple ways to approach races and cater to different playstyles and archetypes. The ISSUE is this easily leads to even more balance issues with some falling obsolete.

Hot take question for you all: Is the Gadget system in Crossworlds a mistake? Lemme know what you all think 👍 And as for my answer I believe it is cause it creates a problem where certain ones are required to use i.e DC2/3 #SonicRacingCrossWorlds #SRCW #ソニックレーシングCW

@YuubiShugoki Personally I haven't participated in a SINGLE Legend Competition. Just World Match and Festival is enough for me. Out here as the local nerdy casual who's perfectly fine with their Vector Title. I usually avoid competitive modes and formats for reasons such as this. 🙏

Little backstory. I brought this up multiple times in the past, but people thought I was hallucinating. I eventually got fed up a while back and took this exact video to prove it. This video had mainly stayed in the CrossWorlds Discord server until blowing up here. Here's another

@sonicsmash328 My thoughts process was like: Looks backwards for a second. "Okay it's on the other side. We good." Looks forward. "...Just another peek." Looks backwards again to see it WAY closer like it's a freaking weeping angel or whatever else. "BRUH."

@StargazerKite Ya know... I went from November last year to the patch last month only playing Race Park and Festival because I was avoiding Ultimate Charge like the plague. The sheer amount of Team Dark cycles got me picking Coral Town every time and praying they don't take the same route. 💀

@Bayzer0191 I grind Race Park for Donpa Tickets when I'm bored and every time I get to Team Dark I just let out a tired sigh.

@CloudNinjaEDM I wasn't really locked in since it was just Race Park with CPUs. Plus I didn't want to ruin potential evidence by breaking it mid curve. I often got "oh you just drived into it" responses to clips like these, so I tried to stay mostly straight on reaction to minimize that factor.

@PacMan111111 @YuubiShugoki There's others but they've been discovered before. Level 3 Bomb piercing projectiles and Tornado Shield giving +10 Speedometer. Void overwriting other Defense Items. Omochao's body pushes tables out of the way. One thing I did notice is Bomb rolls FASTER in Super Sonic Speed.

@Bayzer0191 @YuubiShugoki Why do you think the game developers may have snuck in this feature? And what other items might have hidden properties that we just don’t know about yet? 🤔

Additional note. Someone else tried the same setup but it didn't curve. This means distance and/or time spent in flight is a requirement for the "aim assist" to kick in. They won't curve immediately the moment you throw it.
