what the hell is activision thinking by doing this!? either keep it in trios, or allow 4 teammates to play together!
why do i have to do deal with randoms after crimson....
ItsHapa@ItsHapa
On today's episode of delusional devs that don't play the game they make... imagine relying on randoms in iri lobbies?🤔

@AaronTheLoco i loved the backpack system, i want it back but i understand why its gone as well. dying to someone in the gas with x5 self revives and go knows how many stims was a bit too much, that system could be easily used in so many broken ways
English

Man imagine how good warzone would be if they didn't remove
- Party search feature
- Nukes
- Backpack system
- Prox Chat (pretty much gone at this stage)
- Seasonal updates to maps + meta changes
I'm sure there is probably more, but by gawd, I don't think we will ever see the glory days of peak Warzone again and it's sad...
English

@shady_only Fair enough on everything except omni movement, I don't see how it's that problematic that much
English

Mw3 was great and had skill gap yes ! But not really this fast of a movement and omnimovement … everything felt good from graphic to how the guns feels … mw3 movement felt simple and easy to understand slide cancel and really thats it lol the proof is that the game got even more famous after they nerfed speed in general after season 1 .
English

Im going to say it i think its time …
OMNIMOVEMENT and movement SPEED in general ruined fucking warzone … we had such crips movement in MW3 and they decided to take it away and add this bullshit that literally took all the casuals away from this game.
I know so many will comment “ skill issue “ well its not about me its about the 99% of people that actually dont even use omnimovement .
If i was infinity ward i would just copy mw3 and bring back vondel ashika and call it a day.
English

@shady_only Can you explain what you mean by mw3 interest? Because I remember mw3 as a game with a good skill gap. It was a great game imo
English

@BboyBroccoli Brother cod audience is arguably the most casual audience out there if they cant play the game they wint watch the game and that for us content creators is a death sentence… look at mw3 interest and compare that with now
English

@CPreds_ Having omni movement and some perks, doesn't mean that the movement is THAT much. It literally takes a casual player a few weeks to master it if they want. These "casuals" are the same players that see any form of skill or brain usage as cheating, As problematic as cheaters

HOT TAKE: With the recent leaks about Modern Warfare 4 being similar to Modern Warfare 2, I don't fully hate it.
Black Ops 6 and Black Ops 7 sped up the pace of Warzone SIGNIFICANTLY, making it harder for people who play for fun to compete. Perks like Sprinter, Adaptive, Quick Fix, and Tempered have made it so both Battle Royale and Resurgence are super domaine/fast paced games.
The beginning of Modern Warfare II / Warzone 2.0 was bad because movement was COMPLETELY non-existent, and we didn't get any meaningful content or updates until 2 seasons in. However, a lot of casual players liked that they had a chance to compete and simply hop on the game, and towards the end, Warzone 2.0 was actually pretty solid.
If Modern Warfare 4 has movement that is a blend of MW2019, MWII, and MWIII, I think it could be very, very successful. Slowing down the pace is not a bad thing for most of the playerbase, and will probably help the game more to compete against games like Arc Raiders, Battlefield, and GTA 6.
In Conclusion:
- COD needs a simple movement that allows people to easily jump in and play it.
- Allow for some level of movement to outplay, but omnimovement + insane perks is too much for the average player.
- Meaningful content updates exactly like MW3 did it,
- Each mode (DMZ, Multiplayer, Warzone) needs to be separate and treated separately. Backpacks in DMZ + very slow movement make sense for that mode, but not for Warzone.

Is Fidelity CAS upscaling going to get fixed for Warzone? The only way to have a clear game is to have an NVIDIA card + DLSS & I think it only performs best on the 50 series cards. What about AMD users & console players??
After 5 years of fidelity being crystal clear why does it look horrible this year?
