@paypal I was issued a voucher and so far i haven’t been able to use it. A representative told me that they aren’t able to tell me eligible merchants because there is not eligible merchant list!! What kinda of fuckery is that! Why do you even have a customer support when everything requires a ticket for the back office to handle and that takes 24hrs to 7 days to get an answer!

@PayPal we received a voucher because of your deceptive wording on your rewards program and it shows on my account but we are unable to use it when using check out with PayPal online. I have tried getting help with customer service 4 times and I’m still unable to use it! Why is it so difficult to use the voucher and get proper help!! I expect better!!

🚨 I was almost taken hostage in Cuba... I went to Cuba to document the humanitarian crisis and show life under 60+ years of communism and now amid the US blockade. Under communism there is no free speech, and those who show the reality or speak up are imprisoned. The restaurant also doesn’t pay their employees. The servers have to use a percentage of their tips for the host, bussers, bartender, food runners, and sometimes barbacks. The tipping system isn’t hard to understand at all. What’s hard to understand is why people like you don’t understand it
