@elfordminis I’d recommend maintenance for a few weeks, 10kg is a lot of weight to lose. This should be eating 100 kcal lower than your BMR. If energy levels are ok and weight stays around the same then plan the next stage. This could be a 200 kcal deficit or increased exercise.

Today is the end of week 4 of my dieting. I haven’t been able to run as often as I like due to my knee, and the weight loss has plateaued a little. I was 103.5 kg, I’m now at 94kg. So almost 10kg in 4 weeks. Party this week, then back on it! How to get over the plateau?
