CONFIDENCE isn’t walking into a room thinking you are better than everyone, it’s walking into a room not having to compare yourself to anyone, because you know who you are, and you know the unique value you bring.

Honored to serve as a Board Member for Fellowship of Christian Athletes – Portland South. This opportunity allows me to continue investing in the next generation of athletes through intentional support, encouragement, and leadership development.

Your normal day is someone else’s prayer and dream. Be grateful. Take nothing for granted. Help other people rise.

Do your habits reflect your dreams and goals? If they don’t, you either need to change your habits or change your goals. Shoot straight with yourself, be honest, clarify what you want and what you don’t want, and be real about the amount of work you are willing to put in.

I just want to let you know that it’s ok if your biggest accomplishment of the year was simply surviving. It wasn’t easy and there were days you questioned your strength, but you kept going. You showed up when it would have been easier to quit. I’m proud of you.

Your purpose is usually connected to the problem that God has called you to solve. It’s not about titles, positions, or power - it’s about assignment. Questions to process: who are your people, what are your people struggling with, and what breaks your heart the most right now?

No one will ever remember how many hours you worked. They will remember when you made time for the people and moments that mattered.

Leaders, every time there is a win or a success use the language of “we” and every time there is a loss or failure use the language of “me”. This will massively increase trust and credibility. Leaders celebrate the team and leaders take responsibility.
