Summer fair part 2

The top of my happy list has to be our summer fair, so many of our relatives were able to come and enjoy the sunshine, soicalise and have a blast as family and new friends came together #familyisforever #newfriendsandold #communitylove @HarehillsLove

The music has flowed throughout the month with the help of @MusicalMLeeds Dave throwing out his Elvis moves and a sing-a-long with Reggie #musicanddementia #welovetoboogie

August has been a busy month here at @BerkeleyCourtCH lets kick it off with a few birthday celebration including our lovely young lady LS who turn the big 100 and all the residents and relatives sang happy birthday to her #birthdayvibes #livinglifetothemax @HarehillsLove

There will also be a bouncy castle for all the adult,,, Oops I mean children who come along too 😉😍🥳

On the 31st Of August we will be holding our summer fair. This is a great way to bring families together and the community around us, if you are a dab hand with a face painting brush or a stall running genius, come along and get involved @HarehillsLove @ChapelAToday #summervibes

Some new things we are staring. Well kind of, so many of the lovely DN's that visits the residents already have made use of our quiet spaces. We just wanted to extend that offer to all working professionals visiting us #CommunityBuilding #communityheroes @HarehillsLove

On Friday we celebrated pride day here at Berkeley, lots of singing dancing and colour. The silent disco was a hit as always thank you @DJPeteGoldup it was a great afternoon

Here's a few of our activities for last week along with birthday celebrations for 3 of our lovely ladies. It was a fun filled week with lots of sunshine 😀

We had a lovely visit from @RichardandHoney on the 19th. Glorious sunshine, good music and a dancing fur baby,,, what more could you possibly ask for 😍#musicanddementia @HarehillsLove

Last week was a sporty kind of week for the Berkeley crew, from the match on the 14th to our sports day on the 18th we have had a blast #activeliving #livingwithdementia #summertimemadness

On Wednesday we meet Gaz Stokes and had a fun hour of singing and dancing. The residents were very happy and we look forward to his next visit 😍#livingwithdementia @HarehillsLove @alzheimerssoc @CareQualityLCC
