🎯 Declan Rice
JOURNEY OF REJECTION
At just age 7, he joined Chelsea F.C., the club he loved growing up.
But at 14, that dream was aborted when Chelsea released him, for not being good enough.
For a young boy chasing a big dream, it felt like it over.
But instead of allowing rejection define him,
Rice turned it into motivation.
West Ham United F.C. gave him a rare chance, and he grabbed it with everything he had.
Through hard work, resilience and determination, he grew from a defender into one of England’s best midfielders,
Became captain, and led the club to their first major European trophy in decades.
Then came the next chapter — an emotional goodbye to the club that rebuilt him,
as he joined Arsenal F.C. for a record fee, who eventually helped them win the 2025/2026 EPL.
Today, Rice stands as one of the best midfielders in the world.
His story is proof that sometimes the rejection that hurts the most becomes the foundation of your greatest success. 🎉

What's that one funny moment in a football game that still lives rent free in your head?

This photo of Lamine Yamal is very funny 😂.
He looks like someone who knows he will definitely fail at the World Cup.

I don't know what everyone else's opinion will be on this, but if Enzo Fernández leaves Chelsea this summer and we need a replacement, I honestly wouldn't mind signing Granit Xhaka on a 2–3 year contract if he's the most realistic option available.
He's 33 now, so by the time his contract expires, he'll be around 35 or 36. That gives Chelsea an experienced midfielder who can bring leadership, control, and stability while the club prepares for the future.
At the same time, I would also push Chelsea to sign Chema Andrés, a player many believe has the potential to become the next Rodri. He wouldn't be under pressure to start every week straight away because Xhaka would already be there. By the time Xhaka's contract comes to an end, Chema Andrés should have developed into the player everyone expects him to become.
The best part is that neither signing would cost a fortune. Xhaka would provide an immediate solution, while Chema Andrés would be a long-term investment. One represents the present, the other represents the future of Chelsea's midfield.
What do you about this guys?
