Together, these studies demonstrate how whole-brain tissue clearing, light sheet imaging, and automated quantification enable system-level measurement of disease pathology and therapeutic distribution across intact brain tissue.

Today, we are presenting two posters at AD/PD™ 2026. Poster #3404 examines whole-brain measurement of plaques, microglia, α-synuclein, and tyrosine hydroxylase in AD and PD model mice using tissue clearing, light sheet imaging, and AI-powered quantification.
