@BlackMeier1 Oh yeah no worries on that I think. We go together to the gym every other day so we motivate each other pretty well :D

10 days here in Shanghai, we did 7 days in the gym. There's so many reasons why I love going nowadays... Physical and mental benefits... But honestly at 35 the main reason I keep pushing is so I can look good for my soon-to-be wife at our wedding. 😌 Back in the gym in Dallas.

Thanks for all the answers. Apparently there are actually correct and wrong ways regarding this according to dentists :D Who would have known. So...No water->toothpaste+brush->Water+rinse. I personally was a water before and after kind of person will try the other way now.
