@verynormalnyguy @WomanDefiner @dragoninapond @Gonetooosoon The "Medical Examiner" is an Activists with an agenda.

He did die from fentanyl. I've been over this a lot in the past but the real thing everyone should be asking is why it took EMS 13 minutes to go 2 blocks after Chauvin called for EMS 30 seconds into Floyds arrest.
You can literally see Floyd swallowing pills in the bodycam footage.

@Fair_and_Biased Actually... The overcharging of the insurance companies is to offset the costs associated with "free" medical care for uninsured individuals as well as Illegals. Plus Gov insurance such as Medicare/Medicaid only paying 30 to 40% of charged costs so the hospital tries to recoup.
English

When my son received a life-saving surgery, the total bill was about $100,000.
We paid about $15,000.
I would’ve paid anything and was grateful that insurance paid most of it, but the charges on the bill were clearly predatory.
My husband said the cheapest part of the bill was the actual skull surgery.
They nickel-and-dimed us the other $85,000 on Motrin doses, meals, IVs, bandages, staff visits, and a few days in the hospital.
The system is built upon the assumption that everything will be overcharged but insurance will pay the bulk of it.
That creates a disaster for anyone without coverage, and it causes insurance companies to recoup the expenses with higher deductibles and co-pays.
Something has to change.

It's been 7 months since we had our baby and we're still receiving unexplained hospital bills in the mail. Hardly ever an adequate description of services. Just a QR code to pay online. It feels intentionally confusing and difficult to get answers. We want price transparency.

@Ava_AM12ff Sooo... The person that doesn't understand Biology and how that determines your "gender," also doesn't understand how the anatomy of a human works...
Yuuuuup... That checks out...

@SocialistChi @LauraLoomer @brianstelter Yeah... Because they scoured the country to find a Black Liberal Democrat to write a manifesto, buy and train with guns, and commit the attack...
Or...
Liberal Democrats are just violent Marxists that sew discord in order to remain relevant and in power...
English

@TirahAtt @LauraLoomer @brianstelter OR...
The most plausible explanation is, Brian Stelter is FULL OF SHIT!!!
English

@LauraLoomer @brianstelter Maybe his mom or babysitter gave it to him to use. Maybe he used an iPad. You have no children and clearly know little about them from your past reprehensible posts about crying babies on a plane.

@MarioNawfal This "Random Act of Violence" has been brought to you by SPLC Funded rhetoric...
English

🇺🇸 The motive for WHCD shooter Cole Allen appears to no longer be a mystery, with new info coming to light.
According to reports and following an interview with his sister by Secret Service and Montgomery County Police:
-His written manifesto explicitly targeted Trump administration officials
-His social media was filled with anti-Trump and anti-Christian rhetoric
-His own brother contacted police in Connecticut after Allen sent the manifesto to family members before the attack
-He regularly trained at a shooting range and was a member of a group called "The Wide Awakes.”
-He had a history of radical statements and constantly talked about doing "something" to fix the world's problems.
-He purchased two handguns and a shotgun from Cap Tactical Firearms, kept them at the family home, and their parents had no idea the weapons were there.
-He attended a "No Kings" protest in California.
This is not the random, unstable actor some initially thought…
This is someone who wrote a manifesto, bought and trained with weapons, joined a political group, attended protests, and then went across the country to act on his beliefs… violently.

@FarmGirlCarrie Every service terminal these days guilts you into tipping.
Even on "to go" orders...
Be real people...
English

@FarmGirlCarrie The waitstaff most likely receive the bulk of the tips.
They didn't source, shop for, or even cook the food.
They brought and refilled drinks, and most likely a Busboy cleaned and resets the tables.
Tips are based on the service provided.
This BS needs to be in prospective -->

Annie Perkins went out for a meal expecting a normal evening, but it turned into something she never imagined. She enjoyed her food, talked with her group, and didn't think much about the bill— until it arrived.
The total was $1,500. That was already a big amount, but what caught her attention was the suggested tip. The receipt recommended a 22% tip, which came to nearly $330.
Annie felt shocked.
In her mind, she had already paid high prices for the food, so she didn't feel comfortable leaving such a large tip.
After thinking about it, she decided to leave $25 instead.
She believed it was still a fair amount. But when the server saw the tip, the mood quickly changed. The friendly attitude disappeared, and things became tense.
Soon, the manager came over to her table. He told Annie that a 22% tip was "industry standard" and expected. Annie listened but chose not to argue.
She simply signed the bill, stood up, and walked out.
Later, she shared her experience online. She didn't expect much, but her post spread very fast. Within a day, millions of people had seen it.
Some people supported her, saying tipping should not feel forced. Others disagreed, saying workers depend on tips to earn a living.
What is your take?

English

@Richard97513450 @benonwine Are you really arguing that "if she didn't want to be mugged, she shouldn't have had that phone?"
Really...
English

@benonwine Why have your phone out on a street in London. Why do people behave in such idiotic ways. Self inflicted.
English

Nearly eight months pregnant.
Walking through London.
Former Miss England Laura Coleman says a phone thief on an electric bike came from behind, mounted the pavement and snatched her phone straight from her hand.
The force sent her crashing flat onto her stomach.
She rushed to hospital, terrified, just to check her baby still had a heartbeat.
This comes as phone theft in London hits 61,331 cases in a year that’s 168 a day.
This isn’t just petty crime anymore.
Yet Sadiq Khan insists London is the safest city in the world.

@Sierra_rak What's even more disturbing is being at the company for 24 years and not management...
English

What actually happened
A Burger King worker in Canada (Vancouver) who had worked there for about 24 years was fired after taking a small meal home at the end of her shift.
She took a fish sandwich, fries, and a drink
She had asked her manager if she could take food home because she forgot her wallet
There was a miscommunication about what she was allowed to take
The company treated it as “theft” and fired her.

@SpookyUnagi No Camel's Toes were exposed in making this... 😂

@cntbme2525 @The_RomaArmy Sobriety exists on many levels . Her sobriety is from meth and cocaine. It doesn’t mean she can’t or won’t form another habit , but it does mean she’s sober from the drugs she mentioned. Stop being in denial and criticizing others and go get help for yourself.

@DylworksXRP_FLR @dom_lucre I bet they don't dare mention the Arab Slave Trade as part of their "Heritage..."
Convenient...
English

Wait wtf! Sesame Street went Islamic? And now Arabs have a "History Month" in the US? I don't remember Arabs building jack shit in America. No Arabs wrote the Articles of Association, The Declaration of Independence, or the US Constitution. White Men did! And we can't even get a White History Month and we established this Nation. We built the laws, the government, the infrastructure, etc.
Whites designed the NY skyline. Not Arabs. Fuck this BS!

Fun Facts...
It Costs Aldi about $1.5-3M to Open a New Store
The 5 New York City Run Grocery Stores are budgeted at $60M total
The First Store actually has a $30M Budget to Open
This is after the city will own the sites, waive rent and property taxes, and partner with third-party operators while subsidizing to keep prices lower.
So with a TON of regulations waived, costs absorbed by the tax payers, the project still has a 10x budget,(which they will go way over)
