We have just become aware that our efforts to shutdown BookTrakr billing in preparation for refunding for remaining time on your plans has inadvertently resulted in users being billed again for BookTrakr. 1/2

We have not been able to get sales for Apple, Google, and D2D today. Apple is a problem on their end. We are looking into the issue with Google and D2D and will get their sales data at our earliest opportunity.

For the past few days, the Apple platform has been inconsistent in making sales info is available. We are doing our best to get your Apple sales in a timely manner but we cannot guarantee that we'll get your Apple sales the next day always until Apple resolves their issues.

@heroku Not seeing an entry for Heroku in Authy, but I can't login to my account without verifying . How can I fix this?

@Patricia_Rice I've reset the cache again and added some tracing so I can find the root of the problem. Please let me know when they look wonky again.

@BookTrakrStatus report totals have gone nutsoid again, kinda like my life. Clean the cache or the carburetor or whatever, please?

@Patricia_Rice Cache was corrupted. Rebuilt it and just sent new email. Let me know if it doesn't look right.

@BookTrakrStatus The addition in my reports lately have quite gone amusingly insane. Today's report adds 18+3+2 and gets 15. You don't want to know what the dollars have been adding up to! Help?

@SendGridSupport I can't get your web page to come up in Safari - getting a message that it can't obtain a secure connection. Is this because of 2FA, and if so what do I do about it?

@stripesupport One more question: are you currently requiring two-factor authentication. I did not set that up and prefer not to.

@stripe Are you guys having a website issue? Clicking "Sign in" on your website gives me a blank screen. Cleared cookies and retried. Tried both Safari and Chrome.

@stripesupport Ok, Firefox works okay, so it seems likely that either you have a problem with Safari and/or Chrome or I have a problem with my installations of both. I'll work on my end.
