If I have made a @Bookabach booking for school hols, and paid a deposit, is the vendor allowed to cancel on me?

Hi @homeaway. Been waiting almost SEVEN weeks for NZ accommodation refund booked before #coronavirus.The owner agreed to full refund March 22. @Bookabach has asked if we were refunded.Answer: “no”. We understand this is a tough time but 7 weeks is excessive. No one is answering.
