@BoschHomeSA I used to love you. Then I learnt a great lesson. When things go wrong with Bosch, they kick you to the kerb. I have been waiting 3 weeks for someone to get back to me as my hob is broken and I need a replacement through insurance. Please get back to me.

@BoschHomeSA Don’t buy BOSCH home appliances, the backup service does not exist. Their call centre is a joke.
It’s as if the doing me a favour when I’m paying for the repairs. 2 weeks trying to get a dishwasher repaired. I continuously have to follow up, no one returns calls. :(

@BoschHomeSA YOUR SERVICE IS HORRIFIC! I've spent TWO WEEKS trying to get my stove repaired which is in warranty. I have to phone for feedback on status, to be told that parts are on back order, and no indication of when the parts are being received, how must I feeb my family?

@NinaEsterman @BoschHomeSA I have asked BOSCH to return my un repaired dishwasher, taking it elsewhere for repairs, 3 weeks later, I had to struggle to get them to repair it, now I struggle to get them to return it. Their call centre don’t return my emails, BOSCH is a joke, German engineering S.A service.
