This culture is way better than “ultra” culture.

@JeremiahOshan Coincidentally I was at a Philly/Seattle downpour years ago at (then) Century Link. Everyone was absolutely soaked, fans and player. The pitch however never had a problem. I know people love to make it out like we don’t have soakers, but they DO happen here.
