Did a session today that I gave to one of my lifters last week. He said ‘last rep of the last set you’ll have to go to a dark place to get it up’ ... he wasn’t wrong.

Dragons and Bulldogs season is already over. They play each other next. Has there ever been a game before where “both” clubs supporters actually want their side to lose this weekend in order to get rid of the coach?

Just catching up on 60 Minutes. I have met some great people involved in the NRL during my career, but probably none better than @joshreynolds9. He has always had time for people around him, didn’t deserve what happened to him. Glad his name has been cleared.
