Question- is the hyperkelemia due to the insulin not being given and if so would this be the first line treatment or due to his kidney function not given. Just a uni case that interested me and im thinking about.

Excellent training session tonight. Concentrating on airway management, ventilation, and oxygenation. Minimising interruptions during chest compressions to maintain CPP. The team worked very well together and demonstrated synchronised pit rescue techniques.

There's so much research on the subject of drowning prevention. Simple techniques can save your life, and for those involved in life saving there is plenty of current research promoting evidence based procedures. @drpaddymorgan @adeymayhew_ @surflifesaving
