The point is simple. The actual rights holder is the only one who can enforce it.
If they cared, they would have filed a claim. They have not.

That’s not how copyright works.
Owning a physical print doesn’t automatically grant full rights, but digitizing and sharing isn’t “automatically infringement” either. Enforcement comes from the rights holder.
If there were an issue, they’d file a claim. They haven’t.

Also just because you purchase physical prints does not mean you have the rights to digitize them, that’s not how copyrights work. Digitizing prints owned by jive or others is infringement. Even if you own the physical copies. Rights to physical photos don’t equate to rights to digitize. If you’re making money off of these infringing digitized copies that’s another interesting revelation.

If the story keeps changing the source isn’t reliable. If you’re calling someone a conspiracy theorist for posting facts and asking questions, you should be concerned about your own logic and reasoning skills being trumped by feelings. Sorry if you like Britney’s vault that doesn’t mean you know what is going on unless you do some research and are open minded to new facts.

When a Britney Spears fan account has access to unseen footage or confidential information, you should know they are a plant or have some kind of access to “insiders” that will skew their perspective. @BritneysApple Hi. I pushed BritneyVault a bit to see how reliable their source really is, and their response was, to say the least, pretty evasive. I’m leaving the thread here, but the takeaway is that they can’t (and don’t want to) guarantee the photo isn’t months old. Zero credibility.
