I represented Roberto Minuta in the 2nd Oath Keeper trial that began in early Dec. 2022 and ended in late January 2023. Roberto was convicted by a DC jury, and he was one of the Oath Keepers and Proud Boys to have his sentence commuted to "time served" but not receive a pardon. We filed an appeal of his conviction, and that appeal is still pending in the Circuit Court of Appeal for the D.C. Circuit -- along with his 8 co-defendants. Just a few minutes ago the U.S. Attorney's Office in D.C. filed a Motion to Vacate Convictions, and For Instructions to Remand the matter to the District Court for dismissal of the indictment.
