Wrapping up an incredible two days in Orlando with @o2xhp. Our heroes showed up ready to put in the work. From sleep and stress management to resilience and recovery, they walked away with real tools they can use every day and when it matters most. The energy, focus, and connection throughout this workshop made it something special.

Day one with @o2xhp set the tone for something truly meaningful. We heard powerful stories, moved together through physical activities, learned practical ways to fuel the body, and spent time connecting as a community.

This month, let’s celebrate their journey, acknowledge their sacrifices, and show them the love and recognition they deserve. To every military child—your strength does not go unnoticed, and your story is one of bravery and love.

They move, adapt, and grow in ways many will never understand: finding new homes, new friends, and new beginnings time and time again. Yet, through it all, they remain strong, carrying the heart of service within them.

April is the Month of the Military Child, a time to honor the incredible resilience, strength, and sacrifices of the children in military families. These young heroes navigate change with grace, embrace uncertainty with courage, and stand as pillars of support for their loved ones in uniform.
