#SDLT holiday continues! The threshold above which #SDLT is payable remains at £500,000 to 30 June 2021. The threshold then falls to £250,000 until 30 September 2021 and goes back to the previous level of £125,000 on 1 October 2021.

Much speculation abounds about the contents of the #budget & the contents of the consultations on 23 March together with suggestions that the #SDLT holiday will be extended to 30 June 2021 there is much uncertainty for #taxplanning. Look out for updates after the #budget tomorrow
