Nice try @BwalkCommunity ..you tried same with me today. Rental increase notice says rent going up $90 Apr. 1st..yet your leasing specialist informs me rent going up over $150. Each year I stay here your lease "incentive" decreases..way to keep your tenants. Seems really shady...

@BwalkCommunity Hello, I'm not sure if it's necessary to paint the corridor area. During this harsh winter when the smell of paint lingers persistently, staying inside the apartment becomes bothersome as the smell irritates and even affects the sense of taste on the tongue.

@BwalkCommunity fix the windows in our building. This is condensation along all of our windows! What are we paying to heat exactly, when it can’t get warm due to these shotty windows. You can even feel a draft. I’ve heard numerous other tenants say the same 😏

2 weeks in a row I have put in 2 complaints with @BwalkCommunity over vandalism, safety and security and neither complaint has been filed. Definitely starting to slip into slumlord territory. Here’s a sample of our recent living conditions here in east London #badcustomerservice

Another night living @BwalkCommunity another fire alarm Too bad cameras are “too expensive” as per a boardwalk employee, thus putting a price on tenants safety I guess our homes and lives are not worth much to this company 😒 oh but don’t forget to pay your rent on time 🙄
