🚨 Arteta on losing the final vs Man City: “During the first part, it’s like a ball of poison that you have in your tummy”. “Take that out as quick as possible. How can I use that to make myself better, to make the team better? Learn from that and make sure that that fire is still in that belly, remembering what happened”.

Rwanda 🇷🇼 Rwands has reportedly offered to host AFCON 2027 if Kenya 🇰🇪 , Tanzania 🇹🇿 , and Uganda 🇺🇬 are not ready in time. At the same time, South Africa 🇿🇦 has also told CAF it is ready to step in and help organize the tournament if needed. This raises fresh questions about the preparedness of the original hosts.

There is life beyond politics. We cannot live in a permanent political circus, recycling outrage, allegiance, and division every single day. Politics alone will never fix anything not when we refuse to fix ourselves, our systems, and our understanding. Let’s be honest: we are not electing strangers from another planet. We are electing ourselves. A politician in this country is a true reflection of a Kenyan with power and money. Every election cycle, we convince ourselves that a new group of “good” leaders will save us. Then, within months, we return to the same conversations, the same frustrations, and begin preparing to replace them again. It is an endless loop of expectation and disappointment. Why? Because we are addicted to personalities instead of systems. We rarely take time to understand how governance actually works how policies are made, how budgets are allocated, how accountability should function. Instead, we obsess over who supports who, who is winning, who is losing. That is not democracy. That is distraction. A broken democracy does not fix itself through louder debates or new faces. It is repaired through informed citizens, strong systems, and consistent accountability. If we remain trapped in this shallow, personality-driven politics, nothing will ever change no matter how many elections we hold, or how many leaders we replace. The real question is not who we elect next. It is whether we are finally ready to think, act, and demand better beyond politics.

This guy’s one phone call would make Wavinya Ndeti pay Kioko, but since he wants political mileage, he pretends to visit Kioko… One of the greatest dramatists in town. Kalonzo is no different from the calibre of politicians we have.

🚨🎙️ | Thomas Partey: 🗣️ “I spoke to Mikel Arteta the night before I left Arsenal F.C.. That moment will always stay with me. 🗣️ I never wanted to leave — not even for a single day. The whole transfer process was difficult for me. 🗣️ But that night, when we sat down for what I’d call our last coffee, he spoke to me in a way I had never experienced before… like a father. 🗣️ In that moment, I understood everything. I saw a man who truly wanted the best for me. 🗣️ I adore Arteta, and every day I pray that he wins the league — he truly deserves it.” ❤️🔴⚪️

Tanzania will keep winning Kenya in many things if they don’t stop complaining. While Kenyans keep complaining even when the progress is so great so far, Tanzania is busy modernising everything. Tanzania will go ahead of Kenya to the point that they will not realise this, reason being is that the people of Tanzania and their leaders are so committed to develop the nation together. Look at their BRT which is capable of moving 400,000 people within the city everyday. Kenyans should learn from Tanzania!

I just like how Tanzania is so organised and everything built on Plan. Tanzania is a great country I would always recommend, full of opportunities and great people. The high temperature you feel as soon as you reach the airport is actually normal, I think the nearness to the Ocean has something to do with it.
