I had a dad just ask me for lessons with his 7 year old. He said “I just want my son to enjoy the game. What can I do?” My response, “ Play catch with him, throw him bp, hit him ground balls, cheer for him at his games, don’t over evaluate his performance after games”

Perspective: Had a showcase Saturday. Did horrible, but looked in the stands & my mom gave me the thumbs up & smiled. 5 years ago on the 14th she was diagnosed w/ cancer so I'll take a bad day w/ her watching over a great day w/o her every time. Blessed to have these moments.

Braeden Talamantez (‘21) goes 7 IP no hits in an efficient outing only facing the minimum 21 batters. This would be a great pick up for someone needing a quality arm.
