CLARITY ACT MOVES TO SENATE BANKING NEXT WEEK -- TIMELINE IS SET 🇺🇸 Sen. Bill Hagerty confirms the CLARITY Act is expected to enter the Senate Banking Committee next week, with progress continuing through April. He says the bill is “very close”, with remaining issues “not insurmountable,” and expects it to move out of committee within weeks. Once it clears Banking, the path to full Senate consideration opens and regulatory clarity gets real.
