@CGUInsurance Cyclone Alfred was in March.. it’s now June and my claim for fence replacement is still pending. This is a really bad reflection on your company and I am sure that #queenslanders will take note. #cyclonealfred #alfred

@kgcsj128 @CGUInsurance It was a direct debit, not a credit card charge. You can’t do a chargeback on a direct debit.

So @CGUInsurance have taken two payments out of our bank account without authorisation and we have no policies with them. Trying to deal with their customer support is awful. Wife spent 2 hours o the phone to them last night and an hour so far tonight. Getting nowhere 😡😡😡

It does give a storm an extra dramatic experience when the electricity goes off and on repeatedly. Our gold plated electricity network can really be counted on by businesses.

@CGUInsurance my husband almost died in a condemned hospital O/S because you chose to deny the travel insurance claim. The PDS clearly states 'Completion of your trip' when he had clearly not completed his trip. The agony - physical, mental, emotional will be with us forever...
