Rosè with a strong sense of place is so very lovely. Coppery pink and glinting in the glass. Fresh red berries, blood orange, provencal herbs, earth, lavender and smoke; complex and savoury but lifted with it. Soft and mouth-filling with a lick of salt to finish. Happy Friday!
