Our enabling works at Rassau are now complete.With great pleasure we can confirm CLS have been awarded the £2,000,000.00 D&B scheme acting as main contractor. The works involve the construction of a large steel framed condenser and WPD building, FRC works, roads and sewers.

Works get underway on our latest solar project in South Yorkshire. Which involves 2000m of access road, ducted road crossings, culverts and swales. Currently working on 4 solar projects nationwide, with further to starting soon.

Works on our current solar project in the North East progressing well. 300m of footpath upgrades, full 6000m2 compound removal ,1600No cable tray foundations, and new car parking areas with compound stone.

Our solar project up in the North East is nearing completion. 10000m2 of access roads, 6000m2 of compound, 8000m of tree protection fencing, 2400m of silt fencing, 4500m of deer fencing, 2No culvert crossings and 20No ducted road crossings.

Our 6th solar project of the year got underway last month. Involving the construction of 114 No foundations for dc-ct cabinets on a project in the Midlands.

We have been busy recently down in the Midlands on a solar site, completing cctv trenching and installing pre cast cctv foundations and supports.

Our solar project up in the North West is in the final stages of completion. Involving the construction of 4800m2 of access roads, 3500m2 of compounds and 2 No culverts.

Our solar project down in Essex is nearing completion 2500m2 compound, 4000m2 of access roads, 7No ducted road crossings, 2No new culverts, 1000m of swales, 2500m of silt fencing & 5000m of deer fencing.

Demolition works at Freshney Place are going well

Works get underway on another solar project, this time down in Essex. 2500m2 compound, 4000m2 of access roads, 7No ducted road crossings, 2No new culverts, 1000m of swales, 2500m of silt fencing & 5000m of deer fencing. Great quality of work once again from our team.

It’s good to get the civils and fencing works all wrapped up on this solar project in Nottinghamshire. Now onto the next solar project.

Good to get another new solar project started a few weeks ago in Nottinghamshire. Works involve a 4500m2 compound area, 4800m2 of access roads, 4800m of fencing and gates and 2100m of swale drainage.

Our own development going well in Kelsey, the construction of 3 No high end detached houses. Due to be complete for Late Spring 2025.

Our 10,000m2 compound on a solar project down in Oxfordshire nearing completion. 8000m of deer fencing starting next week.

Our final solar project of 2024 got underway last week, the construction of a new 10,000 m2 compound area and over 7,000m of deer fencing. Thank you to our men for working away once again and producing some excellent work.
