Today, Rwanda Stock Exchange officially welcomed the listing of the 3rd issuance of the BRD Sustainability-Linked Bond (SLB). A historic day for Rwanda’s capital markets and a massive step for sustainable finance. This listing follows a remarkable primary market performance, where the bond was 126.2% subscribed level, raising over Frw 29 Billion for high-impact projects. CEO @RomeoNgarambe spoke at the listing ceremony of @BRDbank's 3rd tranche bond on @RwStockExchange. He said the listing marks another vote of confidence in Rwanda’s capital market and its capacity to mobilise long-term finance for projects that advance national development.
