👖The next day, women in the Italian Parliament wore jeans to work to demonstrate their solidarity with the survivor. Since then, Denim Day has become an international campaign, with folks everywhere wearing jeans to fight stigmas around sexual violence

We want to challenge the misconception that people lie about sexual violence as 92-98% of reports are actually true. 💙 We want to educate folks on the best way to support survivors, and the first step in that is believing. #IBelieveYou #30DaysofSAAM

For our CPE’s, our hope for the future is that we all start by believing survivors. 💙 We want to put an end to victim-blaming, to the idea that survivors were ‘asking for it’. No one ever asks to be sexually violated.

We’re nearing the end of Sexual Assault Awareness Month! We’d like to send a big thank you to everyone who participated in our virtual events. Though we had to adapt to online initiatives this month, we still saw so many folks supporting #SAAM 💕

Carrying around our water bottles is a great way to spread awareness of our programming and to talk about consent. It’s a great self-care item as well, using it to stay hydrated. We love seeing folks carry our bottles around campus!
