@NavyTomP @ClayTravis Billy Donovan might want to go back to college basketball. The Bulls performance on the court is partly on him, but he can't make Jerry Reinsdorf or whoever is running that team spend the $$ needed to improve the team.

@ClayTravis I'm a Bulls fan, so I really don't pay attention as much anymore. I think owners of some teams purposely either overspend on their teams or they let them tank & then build up. As a Bulls or another bad team fan, it seems they are content with average or pathetic basketball.
