I know we like to moan, but it’s just another example of how this club is run - no ambition, poor planning, cheap as possible. Rather than look for top or up and coming coaches from the lower leagues, we’ve gone for an outdated mate of the manager

@Reading106 So we can't have an opinion if we don't know ourselves... of course there is others available but they aren't going to bring in a total stranger to LR and hope for the best with the season is 6-7 weeks away.

Think it's fair that not many people could probably name our last few assistant managers.
IMO who we get in is just another sign of the ambition being shown, simple as that really. It comes back to perception which can be both positive and negative.
