Our cementitious team attended the Refac Wells Conference in Houston this week, teaming up with our industry partners to develop micro proppant technology based on the use of Class F fly ash. A great example of @UKCAER research collaboration in industry across the nation.

After graduating from Oxford in mathematics, Ian initially came to Dundee in the early 1980’s to undertake his PhD, returning a few years later to became a lecturer making a huge contribution on our degrees in all things structures, statistics and FEM.
