Wow, I just hit 1M likes on X after creating this account a little over a year ago, with over 70 million views, without any co-sign from any influencer. I took time to study these things. Here is what I did (I was intentional): Pick a niche: Football Twitter, Tech, Gossip Tech, Politics, Investment, Crypto, Web3. Study the people making waves. Study their patterns, the times they post, and the keywords they use. Become someone of value. For example, offer something on your page. Funny or impactful, figure that out. Quote tweet a lot if you’re just starting out. Use buzz keywords to amplify how people read your tweets. The algorithm pushes quote tweets better. Have consistent people who engage with you from the start, about 4 to 5 comments on every tweet. Retweet your own tweets again. Why? Because the algorithm checks how the first set of people react to your tweet before pushing it. So if you are valuable, at least 10 people can push your content to a larger audience. Storytelling. Don’t use AI every time. Always edit so you can use keywords to help amplify your tweets. Get closer to your followers. Make videos and content that make people want to come back to your page. Basically, focus on retention. Fake content will not get you anywhere. Be realistic. Post every morning around 6, 7, 8, or 9am. Also post in the evening around 4 to 5pm. Consistency is key. You can burn out too, so don’t go days without posting, or your main engagers will forget you. You don’t always need people to follow you. Most times, you need them to check your profile. If they do, they will keep getting your content even if they don’t follow you. If you are a business person, get close to your customers. Be very good and kind to them. Offer discounts. People love sincere accounts. They start getting used to you. If you have a big account and it no longer has traction, open a new account. Your account may have been shadow banned. Share progress and little wins. There is a part of Twitter that loves realistic takes, not rage bait. Don't get depressed if your views drop and keep quoting and make sure your friends consistently engage with you it gives people impressions that people f with you.
