HOLY SHIT. A senior police officer has just admitted to two-tier policing in Birmingham. When asked why there were almost no police present during violent unrest, he said they “met with community leaders,” allowed the community to “police within themselves,” and chose a “style of policing” because a “small minority of criminals” would attack officers. Translation: They stood down because certain communities threatened violence against the police — and the police decided it was better for the narrative to let them run wild than to enforce the law. This is not policing. This is surrender. Britain now has areas where the state has ceded control to parallel societies that openly threaten violence if the law is applied equally. The mask is off. Seven Afghan men have been arrested in connection with the horrific abuse of two 13-year-old British girls. Between them they face more than 40 charges, including dozens of rape offences and several counts of human trafficking. The scale of the allegations is staggering and yet depressingly familiar. Footage shows the moment police moved in to detain the group. These are not isolated incidents or the actions of a few bad individuals. They form part of a repeated pattern involving men from Afghanistan who were brought into Britain under various resettlement schemes or arrived through other routes and were allowed to remain. The victims in this case were just 13 years old. Children who should have been safe in their own country have instead been targeted by men who appear to view native British girls as easy prey. This echoes the grooming gang scandals that devastated towns across the North and Midlands, where authorities repeatedly failed to protect vulnerable girls for fear of being labelled racist. Britain has absorbed thousands of young Afghan men in recent years. Many arrived without women or families, from a culture where attitudes towards women, consent, and non-Muslim girls are fundamentally at odds with British values. The result has been a series of serious sexual offences that place an enormous burden on victims, communities, and the taxpayer who must fund the investigations, trials, and long-term imprisonment. The response must be decisive. Anyone convicted of these crimes should face the maximum possible sentence and immediate deportation at the earliest opportunity. More importantly, the policies that allowed such men into the country in the first place must be reversed. Mass deportation of foreign criminals and failed asylum seekers is not extreme — it is basic common sense and the minimum required to protect British children. The British people have been told for years that these resettlement programmes and open-border approaches bring only benefits. The reality on the ground tells a different story. When 13-year-old girls are being raped and trafficked by groups of Afghan men, the experiment has failed catastrophically. It is time to end it.
