On this 80th anniversary of D-Day, we honour the 14,000 brave Canadians who stormed the Normandy coast during World War II. While D-Day was a significant victory, it came at a great cost: there were 1,096 Canadian casualities in a single day. We remember their sacrifice. #DDay

So, let's celebrate the bravery it takes to be authentic, to share the unfiltered essence of our experiences. In doing so, we not only honor ourselves but become catalysts for the courage of others. Courage is contagious. Let's spread it far and wide. 6/6

What is your unique ability? In the heart of service, our unique abilities shine the brightest. A Roto 1 participant, also a qualified Chiropractor, ended up adjusting a fellow participant on makeshift blocks in the middle of a volunteer site in Costa Rica. 1/3
