413,793 Kit Kats is roughly 7.5 laps of the track if you laid them end to end. Hope this helps

This news item is incredible and I have so many questions. What is 12 tons as a proportion of the global KitKat supply? How does someone fence 12 tons of KitKats? Is there a black market for KitKats? Was the driver having a break at the time?

A friend sent me this the other day and I really think it's the entire NHS ethos summarised in one perfect image

@lennylaw @DrHuw @Dr_Done_ But your point doesn't make any sense since a UK medical degree is a Level 7 qualification - the same as a Masters. As is your dental degree...

@hasyourregtried The standard dose is, as per international rules, one box. Right?

@v_alalz @Adam_Skeen I see what you mean but I think it really comes down to what your daily job role is. A surgeon writes discharge letters because it's required for each daycase. I'd expect them to be better at that (and procedure notes) than an AMU consultant - it just isn't in their job role etc

@CaptainDavidoff @Adam_Skeen And while I wouldn’t put it like he said it I kind of agree with OP. Unless it’s a brand new system it’s hard to excuse really. And even new systems roll out over like a 6-12 month period with ample time and sessions provided to learn.

Consultant stating they’re not competent at using systems critical to delivering patient care is extremely poor form. Reinforcing that idea that resident doctors are just your admin support. You signed up for a career of life long learning. Learn.

Being a Lewis fan in this Ferrari era is crazy cause every day there's a headline like: *Person with no success in F1* tells *driver with the most wins ever* that to be successful at *team with no recent success* you need to stop trying to *improve/change something*

This is peak behaviour to be expected from Microsoft Office. More niche rubbish that nobody cares about, less fixing the fact that the search bar doesn't work and that the 'keep me logged in' tick box is aspirational

NEW: A new URL for Outlook on the Web! Microsoft is providing a more integrated and seamless customer experience and is pleased to announce a new URL for Outlook on the Web: outlook.cloud.microsoft. 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧: General Availability (Worldwide): The new URL is available now. Microsoft will begin rolling out the redirection from the old URL to the new one. Users visiting outlook.office.com will automatically redirect to the new Outlook on the Web URL outlook.cloud.microsoft. 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: The Outlook on the Web app will continue to be accessible with both URLs. During and after the migration to the new URL, you may notice the new URL in your browser's address bar, even if you initially accessed the old URL. This change will be on by default. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐨 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞: Microsoft expects no major impact on how customers use the Outlook on the Web app. If your organization requires URLs to be allowlisted for network access, please ensure the new URL is allowlisted. Also, to ensure a smooth transition, we recommend updating bookmarks, scripts, and documentation to the new URL. This rollout will happen automatically with no admin action required before the rollout. You may want to notify your users about this change and update any relevant documentation. #Microsoft365 #Outlook

Getting older is realising that Harry, Ron and Hermione were an incredibly irritating group of friends who managed to somehow fluke their way through a series of high risk encounters with Dark Forces at the end of each school year

@Langton_Steve @DrLukeCraddock The points system isn't perfect - I had to move 150 miles unplanned for a number - but at least there were areas a 'normal' person could work on to improve their scoring AND you got an interview to sell yourself. Neither of these occur now it seems.

@CaptainDavidoff @DrLukeCraddock Look, this is history now but does anyone actually think that this wasn't going to happen after MTAS, Oriel and the like were introduced? Or that a 'points system' was ever a good way to recruit?

Internal medicine (IMT) now requires 22/30 points on the portfolio score to guarantee an interview (if applying to other specialties). How is an F2 doctor supposed to have a portfolio of this standard? Essentially locked out of direct career progression in a medical specialty.
