I was advised by my doctor that I am pre-diabetes. So I started the keto diet a few weeks ago, have lost 20 lbs just eating steaks and eggs, water. Today was my first fasting blood sugar test below 100 mg/dL. It was 96. Keto diet does work to fix diabetes, no medicine required.

I hate to do that, and I've informed the team yesterday before posting publicly online, but the two liqwid finance pools generating ada rewards for ada liquidity providers are unhealthy and starting from tonite, they will stop producing rewards, at the very least for 2 epochs. This is result of about 12m ada being pulled from the liqwid ada pooled liquidity in just the space of 2 days. I invite @liqwidfinance team to quickly react to this (move delegation to just one pool or lower the declared pledge) And community members that don't want to lose rewards to pull their liquidity. Although the latter will further complicate the situation. Pooled lending, which I love as a concept, comes with pros and cons. Other protocols advocated for p2p as opposit to pooled lending and don't have to deal with this issue as you as liquidity provider continue to accrue ada rewards without moving a finger as long as your stash isn't borrowed and your bags are already delegated. I hope this situation will be solved soon for all parties. In the interest of everyone.

If @emurgo_io and @YoroiWallet do not fix and reverse their governance power grab very soon, I will be forced to treat them as hostile actors re: Treasury Withdrawals for a period of 12 months when I will do a new review. Pentad proposals would be assessed - each carefully.

@NaVi_GaT0R @JaromirTesar @yutazzz Yeah, I've been speaking to a lot of DReps with considerable voting power, and they feel the same. For me, I would rather start with a lower NCL and bump it up if needed than committing to a higher one.

The proposal to reduce NCL to ₳300M was not approved. NCL is ₳350M. If anyone wants to change NCL, please submit a proposal before the Intersect Budget Process begins. Changing NCL during the budget process would create chaos. I would likely vote NO regardless of the NCL.

Hear me out Cardano… Instead of reducing the Constitutional Committee minimum size from 7 → 5, we could do this in two steps: 1️⃣ Reduce the minimum to 6 so the committee can survive one vacancy without stopping. 2️⃣ When we replace the expiring CC members, adjust the voting threshold to 7/10 in the same governance action. This is not an attempt to reduce the actual size of the committee, which would still remain 7 members. The goal is simply to reduce the risk of temporarily dropping below committeeMinSize and avoid a governance slowdown if a member retires or becomes unavailable before a replacement is in place. The math checks out: Current system 7 × 2/3 = 4.67 → 5 votes required Proposed system 7 × 0.7 = 4.9 → 5 votes required 6 × 0.7 = 4.2 → 5 votes required Result: ✅ Resilience against temporary vacancies ✅ Same decision threshold ✅ No increased centralisation risk
