The @tfwrail depot in Taff’s Well is the beating heart of South Wales Metro and provides hundreds of good, local jobs. It was great to be back, this time with the Prime Minister, and speak to some of the young people starting their careers as part of this exciting project.

As @WalesOffice minister, I’ve been meeting and listening to farmers right across Wales. Today we are raising the individual threshold from £1m to £2.5m. This means a couple with an estate worth up to £5m will pay no inheritance tax on that estate. (1/2)

Employment Rights Bill… passed! It was an honour to help shape this transformative piece of legislation on the bill committee. Only a Labour Government can deliver this kind of change for working people 🌹

The Tories pulled us out of the Erasmus scheme. With Labour, the UK is rejoining that scheme. This will mean every young person has the chance to study or train abroad, no matter their background.
