The correct number of developers on a project depends entirely on the type of summoning circle you want to construct. If you get too many, you'll summon a demon that's way too powerful for your level, and nobody wants that.

When I was a kid, I thought mistakes were simply bad, and to be avoided. As an adult I realized many problems are best solved by working in two phases, one in which you let yourself make mistakes, followed by a second in which you aggressively fix them.

If your code worked first time, you missed something. If it breaks, you missed something. You missed something.
