🐶 K9 UNIT EVENT! The fundamental purpose of the event is to train dog owners on what to do or not to do during an emergency. The Carson City Sheriff’s Office K-9 Unit is hosting an introductory Barks & Bandages event intended to help prepare dog owners for pet emergencies.

‼South Lake Tahoe Residents‼ The evacuation shelter for @CountyElDorado residents is being moved to the Reno-Sparks Convention Center for those without pets and the Reno-Sparks Livestock Events Center for those with pets and with campers. No cots are available at this location.

The Carson City Board of Supervisors has allocated $1,300,000 to non-profits or governmental entities operating in Carson City to help meet the requirements of the Grant and needs of the Community. Visit carson.org/grants for more information.
