There will be NO SCHOOL on Monday, February 17, in observance of President’s Day, and NO SCHOOL on Tuesday, February 18, for staff professional development. We’ve also sent a message to parents regarding the anticipated weather this week—please check your emails!

🐾 Meet Indian Creek Elementary’s newest friend! Last Friday, students had their first meeting with the school’s new emotional support dog, Frank! It was love at first sight! We’re excited for all the ways he’ll support our students.

The Center School Board proudly recognized the winners of the 15th Annual Prep KC Regional Math Relays 2024! These outstanding students showcased their problem-solving skills, teamwork, and dedication to academic excellence.

This week, we're spreading kindness! Students and staff across the district are participating in acts of kindness. Together, we can make kindness contagious!

Center families engage in community building and enjoy access to resources during our bi-annual ELL Family Night.

📢 School Closure Announcement All Center School District schools will be closed on Tuesday, January 21, due to freezing and dangerous temperatures. This will be a traditional snow day, and no AMI instruction will take place. Stay safe and warm, Center families! ❄️

📢 Reminder: No School on MLK Jr. Day! All Center School District schools and offices will be closed on Monday, January 20, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Take this day to reflect on Dr. King’s legacy of equality, service, and justice.

Center Schools will remain closed tomorrow, Friday, January 10th. While many routes are clear, some side streets and neighborhood sidewalks remain unsafe for travel. This will be an AMI day. We miss our scholars and look forward to seeing them soon. Stay safe!
