Long hair is beautiful no matter the race. Short hair is beautiful too but if the majority likes long hair then oh well. Just like most women prefer a dude that’s packing but some women want smaller. If you want a napkin to cry here u go but in reality it is what it is & u can’t do nothing about it. We’re done changing the world to accommodate your fragile ass ego.

It’s not even about being triggered. The reality is that many Black women’s hair textures naturally shrink which makes the length look shorter than it actually is. You’d be surprised how long her hair would appear if she stretched it, blow-dried it or straightened it.
Long hair as a marker of beauty is also rooted in Eurocentric beauty standards. So the real issue isn’t just his preference, it’s the lack of acceptance of natural, conventional Black hair coming from a Black man and the elevation of a standard that was never centered around us to begin with.
He has no business being on a black dating show if his preference is long hair
