Earlier tonight, I called U.S. Senator Mike Braun to congratulate him on his victory and offer my support in the months ahead. I entered this race because I believe Indiana is a great state, but that with the right leadership, it could be even better. I hope U.S. Sen. Braun will be the leader Indiana needs and act ambitiously to create more opportunities that will lift up every Hoosier. Thank you to the thousands of Hoosiers across the state for their support throughout this incredible journey.

October 7 is a day of remembrance. We honor the innocent lives lost, pray for the return of hostages, and seek an end to terrorism. Let us hold onto hope for lasting peace in Israel and around the world.

Indiana lost a very special Hoosier yesterday.  Jim Morris was compassionate, talented, determined, gentle, and a true friend and counselor to many. Right up to his very last breath he was rooting on our hometown team and supporting all that is great about Indiana.   We are blessed to have had Jim in our state and his life and legacy will be a shining example of what’s good in our country and in Indiana. It is incumbent on all of us to continue his traditions of goodness and unrelenting aspiration for a better tomorrow.

Thoughts and prayers to those that were injured and lost their lives and to former President Trump for a quick recovery.  Now more than ever we, as a country, need to come together united for a better future for our kids and grandkids.

With voting underway in the @IndianaUniv Board of Trustees election, I wanted to voice my support for Phil Fowler. Phil and I worked together, and I believe he would be a great contributor to the board and to the university's future.

Today, together as Hoosiers and Americans, we reflect on the ultimate sacrifice countless brave men and women have made to make us the land of freedom, opportunity and prosperity. We owe them a debt of gratitude that can never be repaid. 🇺🇸 #MemorialDay
