@Joana_Cabral__ Yes! This anesthetic effect is puzzling! I read your preprint actually, after seing some results presented by Noam @ShemeshL some time ago... was it EMIM? Did you try having animals awake in the MRI?

@CharlieDemene The mask here is a threshold on the power between 0.2 and 0.24 Hz in a rat sedated with medetomidine. Notably, this vanishes with isoflurane anesthesia. But to hear the full story you need to wait until February 6 at 10am ⏳️
