#Readingfc are going through the development pains that teams that have been in our position have experienced. We have a squad that is still unbalanced and we lack in forward areas. In the summer window I hope that we are going to be targeting forwards, both central and wide

@AndyRFCCharman What I will say is that I do believe that we lack forwards who carry a threat. If we could have signed Lisbie in January he could have made a difference. He brings pace and a goal scoring threat. In the summer we need a 2 forwards in my view.

@Chartley1983 Would love to be proven wrong but I fear that Richardson will waste whatever transfer funds there are & we’ll be stuck in L1 for yet another season before our owners finally realise he’s not the right man for the job. #readingfc

@gboniface02 Maybe for the rest of the season. If Ward was fit I think it would work better. I think what he wants to do is to have a couple of ways of playing, I.e. 4-2-3-1 and 3-5-2. The summer window, will be key to how we do next season.

I would also add that Richardson and his staff need to be given a pre season and Summer Window to shape the squad. Yes it's clear there are issues but when he took over we were just above the relegation zone and now we are just outside the play offs.

Plus he had no Reading players around him, looking to run in behind him. The target for the rest of the season still needs to be to end on a high and aim to win all the remaining games.

@HACKETTREF The ref's positioning was poor all game. He was in the way of players or in their space (preventing them receiving the ball). He was so central, he was on screen more than some of the players. I'm surprised he wasn't pushed out of the way long before this.

Just me who thinks a yellow is fair here? He's hardly gone full Paolo Di Canio on him, error of judgement and he shouldn't do it yes but it's not violent conduct
