Super stoked to be joining @WUSTLBio as an Assistant Professor! The lab will be focused on defense optimization in non-model plants - exploring the intersection of defense with circadian rhythm, ontogeny & development. Lots of genomes, transcriptomics, networks, & killing plants!

Great day transplanting Plantago lanceolata with @RachelPenczy! These are @JacksonPark_UC - the first of many sites across @UCitySchools gardens for an #UrbanEcology experiment. 🌱 Now I will sit on the couch & rest up for tomorrow. 😅
