wole soyinka has a nobel prize for literature. he has also spent an incredible amount of time in Europe.
he said tinubu is what is right for nigeria, he's a big example of a stupid person.

@TheDrAfolarin "She's married now and fun fact is that we still had a thing or two after she became my ex and was with someone else who is her current husband.
Sometimes people don't really change."
Hope you're not looking for a law suit!!!

It's actually quite funny because it was my first relationship in the university.
She used a china phone at the time and she didn't know the phone automatically records all her calls.
One day when she was sleeping, I don't even know why I took her phone.
It's been so long, I think my phone was dead but that was how I discivered the call recording app.
I immediately left the room and went to the toilet.
I listened to hours and hours of calls.
Apparently, she visits her ex often, he gives her money and they often had sex everytime she goes over.
For the first time in my life, I experienced Takotsubo Cardiomyopathy.
She eventually begged me and I even forgave her but that was the turning point of our relationship.
I never trusted her after that.
She's married now and fun fact is that we still had a thing or two after she became my ex and was with someone else who is her current husband.
Sometimes people don't really change.

@Coco_MD_ @chokolat_mama In all,
It's not about invalidating a study,it's about telling you the basis on which some interpretations cannot be directly follow through.
I think research shd b analysed in its merit nd not on extrapolation without further research.
Science grows by questions.
English

@ChimDrag @chokolat_mama i don’t even get your point with all these? used for pediatric patients invalidates the study? because an author gets a grant from pfizer invalidates the study? because it’s a 2-3 years review invalidates the study? what are you talking about?
English

@Coco_MD_ @chokolat_mama -Paediatric patients aren't the only pxts with SCD voc
-CONFLICT OF INTEREST is a thing , and it's very valid.
A recent case of spike in OUD was led by Studies sponsored by a particular Pharma group, cant remember d name.dt s y papers have 2 be critiqued.
-quoted a review f 11yrs
English

@Coco_MD_ @chokolat_mama There is a diff between STUDY and GUIDE LINE.i think
n i quoted the study for u to go check it up.
The topic on discuss here,i also think,is why Nigerians are aversive towards OPIOIDS..
And you brought a STUDY,that's me analysing the study .
And showing u other studies
English

@ChimDrag @chokolat_mama please let’s be mindful of the information we put in the internet in defense of our points. there’s no guidelines that have standardized the use of ketamine for the mgt of acute pain in voc, at best, it’s an adjunct to opioid which still remain the first line for acute pain

@Coco_MD_ @chokolat_mama AROUND THE CLOCK would mean that agents be given not waiting till the pain Occurs but giving something always (before pain, different agents interspersed)
From Mohammed's study we can see a pointer that the hesitation towards OPIOIDS is not really a NIGERIAN thing.Fear seems WW
English

@ChimDrag @chokolat_mama opioids just don’t have immediate analgesia benefits over NSAIDs, they have long term benefits by preventing frequent hospitalization… pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/40892426/
also the speed of opioid addiction, dependence and tolerance in this context is exaggerated.
English

@chokolat_mama @doktordandy Do those pain scales involve non subjective interpretation (to the limits possible)?
English

@Coco_MD_ @chokolat_mama And how do you get Objective Info that patient had an NSAID and or PCM Prehospitalisation? and at adequate dosing?
And how do we Ascertain Objectively that the patient hasn't also had an Opioid before coming?
English

@ChimDrag @chokolat_mama protocol remains that you give adequate analgesia that matches the pain. mind you, before patients present to emergency, they are already taking NSAIDs or PCM at home that couldn’t match the pain, so what exactly is the benefit of repeating that again?

“This video is to CURSE all you BASTARD BLOGGERS.
It appears government has bribed all of you to continue to distract Nigerians from the focus that we should focus on. People have been killed in Jos, rager than focus, you’re discussing FUNKE AKINDELE AND TOYIN ABRAHAM DID NOT GREET THEMSELVES..”

English

@chokolat_mama @doktordandy How do you CONFIRM moderate to severe Pain?
English

@doktordandy Definitely not when a patient is in front of you, crying in moderate to severe pain.
